Chad Parsons

Chad joined PMR Technical in 1995. He earned his undergrad and graduate degrees from the University of Oklahoma - Boomer! Chad is an owner of PMR and is responsible for the key accounts of L3 Greenville and Waco, Marlow, Smith & Nephew, Northrop Grumman, FAA, et al. Chad met his wife during their freshman year at the University of Oklahoma and have been together ever since. Chad and his wife Allison live in Granbury. Their oldest daughter also graduated from OU and was recently married. She is a kindergarten teacher in Dallas.  Their youngest daughter is married and is a post-delivery nurse in Burleson. The Parsons are part of Stonewater Church in Granbury, and they enjoy spending time together on the lake and vacationing.

Steve Michell

Steve has been with PMR Technical since 2002, and besides being an owner/shareholder of PMR, serves as Director of IT and Entertainment. Prior to PMR Technical, Steve graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Electrical Engineering and spent 14 years working in the RF/Microwave and Software industry for The Thorson Company, M/A-COM, and WindRiver Systems. Steve has been married since 1988 and has two children, both graduates from Texas A&M.  His daughter, Bailey, is an Assistant Criminal District Attorney in the Fort Worth Tarrant County DA's office. His son, Mason, is a CPA working for Deloitte in Dallas. Steve is responsible for key accounts that include Nokia and Lockheed Missiles & Fire Control. Steve enjoys all sports, especially golf, college football, a little hunting, and a good Cabernet with a classic movie!

Kirk Cobb

Kirk was raised in a family of four boys in Houston. After graduating from Sharpstown HS, he attended Texas A&M where he met his wife, Julie. Kirk worked for Cain & Company as an intern, and again after he graduated from A&M, until 1989. He then worked for Avantek and M/A-COM in the RF/Microwave industry. After going to the dark side (software industry - WindRiver), he went back to work for Cain & Company in 2005. Cain & Company merged with PMR in February, 2011. Kirk is an owner of PMR and is responsible for key accounts Lockheed Martin - Fort Worth, Raytheon, Collins Aerospace and Bell Helicopter. Kirk and Julie have two sons, Zach and Nick, who are both also Texas A&M graduates. In addition to being an avid sports fan, Kirk enjoys reading, cooking outdoors (grilling & smoking), projects around the house, and spending time with the family and grandkids.  Did you know? There hasn't been a girl born on the Cobb side of the family since 1886. UPDATE: The first Cobb girl since 1886 was born in 2019!

Julee Batchelor

Julee has enjoyed working for PMR Technical since 1994. She has a BS in marketing from Texas Tech University. She worked in outside sales for Johnson and Johnson Medical prior to joining PMR Technical. Julee has spent the last 15 years working as a technical sales rep in the Austin/San Antonio territory. She currently lives in Boerne, TX with her husband, Eric. They have two daughters and a chocolate Lab named Libby. Julee enjoys running, snow skiing, water skiing, and spending time with her family.

Leslie Raymond

Leslie started working for PMR Technical in February, 2011 when PMR acquired Cain & Company. Leslie handles accounts receivable and other administrative duties, including maintaining the website. Leslie enjoys traveling, watching and attending Dallas Stars games, reading, playing games with friends, and spending time with family in Crested Butte, Colorado. She also likes to collect postcards from her travels, but her #1 hobby is crochet, which she has been doing for over 25 years. She enjoys entering items in local fairs, including the great State Fair of Texas. She has earned numerous blue ribbons and the honors of Grand Champion and Reserve Grand Champion at a local county fair. Leslie lost her BFF (best furry friend), Bella, in November 2015. In January, 2016 she adopted a (sometimes aggravating) cat named Maxi. In June, 2017 she decided she was finally ready for another dog and adopted a Basenji mix named Tilly, who loves to chew on the cat's ears.
